IntellecTechs manages a large network headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA with branch offices in Texas, Germany and Florida and a large distribution center in Georgia. They have 5 servers ranging in operating systems from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 with a host of applications including Exchange 2007 QuickBooks, SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008, Blackberry Enterprise Server and Oracle. They have over 30 employees. Recently IntellecTechs created a data center for all of their worldwide sales reps to read bulletins, find forms, deposit documents, place orders, file claims and a management tracking system setup for their managers. This system allows the principals to pull reports, see when the last time their employee was active and control access to their employees, store managers, manufacturers and managers to include approximately 300 users.
