Naval Sea Systems Command Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Contracts are designed to include all aspects of professional support services required by NAVSEA, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Naval Warfare Centers and field activities. NAVSEA Seaport Enhanced Contracts provide vehicles to procure professional support services for authorized users in 21 functional areas. These services are available through all phases of ship and weapon system life cycle - technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal.

We have a Corporate Quality Officer who coordinates the IntellecTechs' quality management system. Every IntellecTechs' project has a disciplined approach to implement quality standards in order to ensure that the end product or service satisfies the customer's requirements. Our Quality Center of Excellence provides a forum for the community of IntellecTechs' quality practitioners to exchange knowledge, experience and ideas. Managed Services
IntellecTechs is responsible for all managed IT services for this company located in a single location in Norfolk, VA. IntellecTechs manages their Small Business Server and 15+ users with applications such as Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Pervasive PSQL. IntellecTechs ensures that this company is operational 24/7 as it is imperative that their link to the Federal Customs Service is never interrupted. IntellecTechs handled the installation of a small business server, set-up and account management of Ethernet LAN for intranet and internet connectivity, set-up and user troubleshooting for computer peripheral devices and continually providing 24 hour, on-call technical support and/or training for the employees of this customhouse brokerage and international forwarding business.
New Branch Office - Full IT Service
IntellecTechs was responsible for providing network cabling installation for an 1,800 sq. ft. new office suite which included installing floor and wall data ports, audio/visual equipment installation for the 14-student training room, installation of a small business server, set-up and account management of Ethernet LAN for intranet and internet connectivity, set-up and user troubleshooting for computer peripheral devices and continually providing 24 hour, on-call technical support and/or training for the employees of this firm.
Office Expansion - Full IT Service
IntellecTechs is responsible for all managed IT services and for providing network cabling installation for a 1000 sq. ft. office suite build-out. This entailed installation of floor and wall data ports and integrating into their three-tiered network. This customer is headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA with 4 branch offices all within a 200 mile radius. IntellecTechs currently manages 4 servers and desktops to support a staff of 40+ users. They have many applications that involve HIPPA compliant security and employee benefits data. IntellecTechs is their sole IT Support Department. This requires 24/7 on call support and monitoring, set-up and account management of all Ethernet LAN for intranet and internet connectivity, set-up and user troubleshooting for computer peripheral devices.
